Regarding your Level 1 & 2 users not being able to access those groups, did you protect them in any way? How? I'd guess URI restriction. Could you please give more info on this? WP Admin -> s2Member -> Restriction Options

Thanks!

Level 1 is a monthly subscription option and level 2 is a yearly.

I recently manually added the subscriptions to my existing paying members (coming from an SMF forum.)
I manually entered their EOF date. It worked well for the first night and this morning I am having issues that I cannot figure out how to fix.

Here is how my level 1 and level 2 restrictions are set up:

/groups/pitches-from-pr/
/groups/campaign-chat/
/groups/elite-chat-and-announcements/
/groups/pr-contacts/
/groups/pr-feedback/
/groups/pr-contacts/request-a-pr-contact/

I basically only need certain groups hidden from free members.

My level 1 & 2 members are being redirected to the membership options page any time they try to access these groups. I've tried adjusting permalinks and tweaking their memberships but it is still the same. They simply do not have access.

I have these settings in both level 1 & 2 fields, should I only have it in level 1?
