I'm pretty sure that's correct. I looked at the billing modification pro-form's HTML and the form's ID is the one in /wp-content/plugins/s2member-pro/includes/templates/forms/paypal-checkout-form.php.

I'm using the Pro Billing Modification Form if a logged in user wants to buy another custom capability.
Can I use the same template as for the Pro Forms for Level #1 Access: "my-checkout-form.php" or do I have to use a different one??

As far as I can tell the only difference between the Pro Billing Modification Form and the Pro Forms for Level #1 Access is that we add modify="1".

Is that true?
