Advanced Download Restrictions in Localhost

I'm building a site in winamp using localhost and plan on using the Advanced download restriction option extensively to link to protected files. from the documentation, the linking requires a full url.

Code:: link example http://localhost/?s2member_file_download=example-file.zip&s2member_file_download_key=[s2Key file_download="example-file.zip" /]

My question is, when I go live will all the links update automatically to the real url?
