Thank you VERY much for reporting this though.
I'll be checking in on Windows compat soon, and this helps to get feedback.

My guess is lines 26 - 29 inside /s2member/includes/syscon.inc.php

It's fairly obvious that the "C:\Inetpub\vhosts\myURL.com\httpdocs\wp-content" portion of the reference is incorrectly inserted but why and how do I fix it?
