There are two ways to accomplish this.

1. The "super" easy way.
In your PayPal Button Shortcode, change the image="default" attribute, to whatever you like.
Code:
[s2Member-PayPal-Button ... image="http://www.example.com/myimage.gif" /]

2. Install the s2Member Pro Module ( http://www.s2member.com/ )
With s2Member Pro, the Checkout/Registration system is on "your site", instead of @PayPal. So this opens the door to all kinds of possiblities. You can learn more about s2Member Pro here:
