You can leave your PayPal settings just like they are. s2Member sets the IPN URL on a per-transaction basis. You just need to have "something" in the IPN URL field at PayPal, which works as the default IPN URL for your account. s2Member does not use that default though, it forces a special IPN URL on a per-transaction basis.
