Thanks a ton! after uploading the files you sent me to the themes folder, everything was fine!

When going to wp-admin again it said that since wordpress had been upgraded, the database needed to be updated which happened very fast.

Then I could login again as usual. All the user data is still intact so everything is fine!

Thanks a ton for your support and your time, it really means a lot to me!

All the best,

Thomas

Please install the latest version of the s2Clean theme, and report back if you can.

I have S2member 3.1.5 so that should be good.
I removed all other plugins from the plugins folder, however I still get the same error.
I have S2 clean version 1.0 according to the readme file, which I think is a little strange because I do remember updating it a while back (I might be wrong though).

Do you have any other suggestions? Fortunately the site itself is still running but as I said before I can't access the admin area at all.

Thanks a lot for your support, I really appreciate it!

s2Clean = v1.0.6
s2Member = v3.1.5
s2Member Pro Module = v1.1.1
http://www.s2member.com/

All of these have been tested on WordPress 3.0+, including 3.0.1. Please make sure that you're running these latest versions, and if you continue to have trouble, I would de-activate all of your other plugins, by deleting their folders ( temporarily ) from the /plugins/ folder.

* You can open the /readme.txt file inside any of our plugin/theme folders in order to check the version that you are currently running. At the top of each readme.txt file, you will find the specifics.

Please report back if you can.

Thanks for the quick response.

I did what you said but still get the same error? Could it be that S2member or S2clean isn't ready for wordpress 3.1 yet? Or is the plugin that I downloaded on your homepage not the latest version?

Thanks again for your help, I really appreciate it.

Thomas

Personally, I would rename the s2Member plugin folder to something different (add ".old" or something) instead of deleting it.

Don't forget to save your license key if you are on the Pro version.

I just upgraded wordpress to the latest version, but now I can't access my admin section anymore..

I get the following error:

You need [ s2Member v3.0.3+ ] to use this theme. Please install the plugin to satisfy system requirements.

What should I do? If I download the plugin again from the site and put in my plugins folder using FTP, will that delete all the members details etc? Is there a way to 'downgrade' back to wordpress 3.0?

I'm using the S2clean theme.

Thanks for your help,

Thomas
