No, at this time, s2Member assumes that you're using excerpts in your search results, and so there is no protection associated with search result listings; other than to protect the Login Welcome Page, exclude the File Download Limit page, and Membership Options Page from search results.

The current protections implemented for search results are contained inside this file:
/s2member/includes/functions/hide-some-systematics.inc.php

This is on our TODO list though.
There are plans to integrate two additional forms of protection into the s2Member Framework.
1. ) Search Level Access Restrictions. @TODO
2. ) Feed Level Access Restrictions. @TODO

It seems that guests can search and get the content of protected pages...
