I just took a look at the Auto-Return/PDT URL on your installation:

It looks like you've got a corrupted installation of s2Member.
I would suggest the following steps:

1. Go to s2Member -> General Options -> De-Activation Safeguards.
( turn de-activation safeguards on, so you don't lose your configuration )

2. Now, de-activate, and delete the s2Member plugin completely.

3. Grab the latest version of s2Member.
( at this time, that is v3.2.3 )

This should correct the corrupted installation.
