If so, you might have a look at your Quick Cache options panel, under:
Quick Cache -> Query String GET Requests

I've installed it on the usual hosting provider, usual php-etc.-setting, as I did with another working website BUT it only caches the home page then nothing else.
Maybe is Jason still kindly available to check it? ;)
