Unfortunately, there is no way to handle this with Quick Cache ( yet ). At this time, you can't exclude particular widgets from the cache. If you really need to do this, I recommend the Super Cache plugin instead, because it comes with support for "mfunc" and "mclude". See the FAQ here:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-super-cache/faq/

@TODO :: mfunc / mclude equivalents.

I'm using wp 3.0.1, buddypress 1.2.5.2, quick cache 2.2.2,... and buddypress sitewide activity widget.
How to make it out of cache (buddypress sitewide activity widget)

Dynamic Cache Pruning not purge the cache the first page

Single + Front Page (Purge The Specific Post/Page + My Front Page) - Site Front Page.

I tried many variations (rubric: No-Cache URI Patterns)

(alchimagica.eu)

Thanks

I tried the others cache plugins (several locations).
Quick cache is best.
My congratulations!
