The option:
Nav Menus ( hide protected content in menus generated with WordPress® ­> Appearance ­> Menus )

Should do it, if it doesn't then you may need to configure the theme.

I need to code it, it doesn't work. I need some pages for level 0 then those pages change for level 1 & 2. It isn't complicated, I see it done on sites all the time, I just can't figure it out ... grrrr lol
