I've read in the docs that s2member handles the Auto EOT Date automatically. Recently, when a user registers through paypal, the auto EOT Date is not populated. The first few accounts that registered did have this field populate. Is this an issue, or does s2member compare against the first payment date or account created date to determine the EOT?

This concern is for both Paypal registrations and manual registrations.

Buy Now purchases set an EOT time, but subscriptions are ongoing and don't get an EOT time set until the subscription ends in some way.

Does that explain what happened to your accounts?

So, when a user cancels their subscription, that is when the EOT date is set. That would make sense. The earlier account with the EOT date set were test transactions.
