Hi,
I am setting restrictions, but it's asking me to enter categories numbers. Where do I get that? My Categories have names, and I don't see numbers anywhere.

This link that I'm giving you is the official video tutorial for your situation, I'd recommend viewing it from the start to the end in order to understand what Jason's talking about.

You can see the ID hovering over the link to edit the category, for example. WP Admin -> Posts -> Categories

This plugin makes it easy to see the IDs, though. https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-show-ids/
