Invalid form configuration. Invalid "custom" attribute. Must start with matching domain.

I am getting this on all pages..How do I fix this?

I'm just thinking that maybe it's the "www" reason.
In other words you put "http://www.mydomain.com/" and when you get to a page inside the webpage you put "http://mydomain.com/my-photos/" note how this one doesn't have a "www".
Or maybe it's the other way around... Just decide which you're gonna use and stick to it.
