Got this message from a user on my forum "Having trouble accessing the forum. It's telling me that there are too many IP addresses trying to login."

Can you please increase the number of allowed IP addresses? Is this a server problem, or an s2member problem?

You can reset the restriction for everybody from WP Admin -> s2Member -> Restriction Options -> Unique IP.

Or you can go to that particular user's profile page and check the option to reset his restriction and save. WP Admin -> Users -> Edit user -> Reset IP Restrictions
