I purchased the multiple network package that came with the s2cleam theme and I like how the login box appears at the top. Can I implement that into my wp site somehow?

Okay great. Also, I need help setting up the multiple network. I noticed in the help doc, that Jason would be able to assist with that.

Well, if you use the s2Clean theme, it will be available. But to answer your question, no, that login box is not portable from the s2Clean them to another theme, it's been integrated with the s2Clean theme itself, and not with s2Member. s2Member Pro does come with a Pro Login Widget though, and it IS portable.
