Paypal Express Checkout - Just a little nudge

I am looking at installing Paypal Express Checkout so i can use the pro-form. I got lost in the Paypal page, then i found something that was indicating that it required advanced knowledge of coding and such. Maybe the instructions are hidden somewhere, and i cannot find them. Anyone can link or direct me to the instructions for that? Is there a video for s2M that shows how to do it?

Are you referring to PayPal Pro? PayPal Express Checkout is the standard account that PayPal provides at no charge.

Well i am not sure. Throughout all the videos i have watched, i seemed to remember that Paypal Express Checkout was an ALTERNATIVE to Paypal Pro at one point. I'll have to find that so i can clarify my request.
