hiring help for tweaking?

Do you have a list of trusted people to help-especially hoping for phone help-with s2member tweaks?

All the sites where you post for help seem very complicated and don't fill me with confidence. I would like to hire someone for an hourly wage just to help sort out these s2member/wordpress/buddypress issues that I do get some help with here, but take days to resolve, if they ever get resolved.
