Can't customize user email

I would like to customize the welcome email a new user gets, but am blocked out with a warning message:

New User Email Configuration
Conflict warning: You have another theme or plugin installed that is preventing s2Member from controlling this aspect of your installation.

I have taken a look at the plugins and none of them deal with mail, so I'm at an impasse. I have the following installed:
A Graceful Sidebar Plugin
Akismet (not active)
Anchors Menu
CMS Page order
Datafeedr Random Ads V2
Find and Replace
Magazine Columns
PS Disable Auto Formatting
Relevanssi
s2Member
SI CAPTCHA Anti-Spam (deactivating this did not help)
Simple Section Navigation Widget
Simple Sidebar Navigation (not active)
Subpage Listing
Visa versa (not active)
WordPress Database backup
WordPress importer (not active)
WP-Print
WP Show IDs
Yoast Breadcrumbs

Any thoughts on what the conflict is and how to fix it, would be greatly appreciated!

Perhaps this is related to the same conflict issue, but when a new user registers through the form, they get notification with password etc, but the admin email does not get anything. I need an email to go to the admin with the form information. How do I get this to work?

Please let me know. Thanks

Becky, could you please try deactivating the other plugins one by one, testing after each to see if the problem persists? That'd be the best way to find the plugin causing this.

It was the Find and Replace plugin that was causing the conflict. (Although I don't know why this would have anything to do with the mail function.) I can now create the emails I want.
Thanks

Thank you very much for the update!

There are lots of reasons why one plugin might conflict with another, even plugins that are not at all related to each other. The cause is usually bad programming practices.
