Registration Access Link Generator Not Working

Customers are reporting their links after signing up are already expired. So, I went to the "Registration Access Link Generator" and created a new link. Clicked on it myself and it was indeed immediately expired.

How can I make sure expired links are not being generated by the system?

Sometimes TinyURL has some problems minimizing the urls, there is a fix for this, though you will have to use another service.

Could you please try under WP Admin -> s2Member -> General Options -> URL Shortening Service Preference, and change the option to goo.gl? I attached a photo, showing you how it should look:
