I have s2Member working fine for granting/preventing access to pages but access to all posts is denied even when the level allows it. Any ideas? Thanks.

Could you please post a link to one of the posts that you're have that trouble with?

If it's restricted it should be redirecting to the Membership Options Page and the URL will have variables that indicate what restriction was applied. WP Admin -> s2Member -> API / Scripting -> Membership Options Page
