Since I upgraded to the latest version of s2Member, I can no longer add custom fields to my registration form. I see the words "Custom Registration/Profile Fields" but the area next to it is blank. Any help is welcome!

This is what I see:

That's odd. Could you try re-installing the plugin in case there was a problem when you updated? viewtopic.php?f=36&t=247

Remember to have the deactivation safeguards enabled. WP Admin -> s2Member -> General Options -> Deactivation Safeguards

If re-installing doesn't work, you can check for a JavaScript conflict, which may be caused by the theme or another plugin. Try, a test, changing to the default theme (TwentyEleven) and see if your custom fields setting works properly then. If not, try deactivating other plugins one by one and check after each if the problem is gone.

I hope that helps. :)

Hi, I did everything you suggested:

uninstalled s2Member (via ftp) and reinstalled it
changed theme to twenty 10
deactivated my other plugins: Easy Columns, Tim Thumb vulnerability Scan

I got the same thing...no drop down menu for customizing the registration form fields. Note that this feature was working when I first installed s2member last fall.

Thanks for your help. :?

How odd. So you ended up with just WordPress and s2Member and you still had the problem?

What WordPress and s2Member versions do you have? What browsers does this happen with?

Could you check Firefox' Error Console when you load that page, if there's any error? Firefox menu -> Options -> Error Console

Yes, please provide us with those details and perhaps it will uncover the underlying issue.
I would advise taking a look at this article just to rule it out.
