Prevent multiple payments from same user

Hi everyone :)

My first member (lol) bought the same membership access from me 3 times. Is there a way to prevent that ? I mean i use the option "block if same bill" but it doesn't seem to be the same bill here oO

Did they register using the same email or different email addresses?

they used the same email adress :)

Could you tell me which payment service you're using?

Also, could you please enable logging (WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Options -> PayPal Account Details -> Enable Logging Routines?), conduct another test, and then share any relevant log entries for the transactions? (Please X-out any private information, such as email addresses, but leave the Subscription/Transaction IDs.)
