can I make button in paypal account?

Hi James. Yes, you can. s2Member's IPN processing routine supports almost all PayPal options.
That being said, you WILL need to match up the item_number, custom, notify_url, & return_url parameters. So just do this carefully, and test early and often so you can catch any conflicts that you might create in the process.
