Am I missing something or is there nothing that shows what Level/Label each member is in?

All you need to do is go into your admin panel and click on users. The users will be there with their levels displayed to their right.
User levels can be changed here too.

I guess I meant can I go to a page(s) that show Level One users, Level Two users, Level Three, etc?

At the top of the users page in your admin panel, you'll see the levels of your members and a number next to the levels inside a bracket.

Simply click on this level to display only members in that category.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh. Again, used to other plugins having their own Users page. Very nicely done!
