how to manually add a new member in admin side (back-end), set up their profile and site it active as a premium member without them paying?

Is possible to create a member as a premium member without them paying, through admin?

Create a new member as in classical WP stuff and choose in the menu the S2member profile you need.

WP Admin -> Users

You can further edit the accounts going to their profiles.
