OH S$$T! Quick Cache crashed my site!

Ok, so I loaded Quick Cache, activated and then tried to browse my site - now the entire site is down. What can I do to get things back up and running????

No wait, scratch that. It's my horrible, horrible host. They went down right as I was refreshing the site after saving the Quick Cache settings.
