Quick Chache and Simple Ads manager Problems

Hi there,

just started to usw Quick Cache....but found a big problem i can't get rid off.

For Ads i'm using "Simple Ads Manager"....and within that i can create Ads Places and Ads in Widgets, which can rotate...
And now the problem is, that since using "Quick cache" there Banners in the Ads don't rotate anymore....they are frozen (of course) until cache refresh.....

So i need some kind of advice how i can exclude all kinds of Ads from that PLugin "Simple Ads Manager"....
I know there might be an Option to insert all url's.....but i'm looking for a more elegant solution since i have very much Banner-Url's.....

I have the same problem on a site I'm building where I'm using the same Ads management plugin. I see there was never a reply here but was wondering if you found a solution to this issue?
