I have Quick Cache set to on, however, do not see the code that is supposed to be at the bottom of the source. Other than being turned on - is there any other indicator? Not sure I am seeing the speed.

Log out from your wordpress admin then refresh your site and check the source if you see the cache code on the bottom.

I have the same problem. I logged out, refresh / try another page, and even asked my friend (different IP / computer) but still unable to find the 'quick cache comment' in the bottom of my template source.
I installed latest version of wordpress and plugins. My blog running on Lighttpd server.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
