Disabling feed caching

I found out that publication to my feed is delayed since installing quick cache.
I also read that to disable feed caching I should add 'feed' among the no-cache URI patterns.
I only have a question: does it work for every site?
How could I know that my feed is at fotocomefare.com/URI?
