We have the free version of s2member installed, and our memberships are supposed to expire after 4 months. We created a paypal button with that setting, and get three emails saying we received a payment, a payment profile was created, and the payment profile was deleted (normal?). But people are constantly demoted from membership after only a couple days.
Is there a way to fix this? Is it something we're doing?

Thank you for reporting this. Could you please tell me what versions of WordPress, s2Member and s2Member Pro you have?
Could you please post the shortcode you're using for the button/pro-form?
Also, all the entries for the latest transactions that had this problem. WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Options -> Account Details -> Enable Logging
