PayPal setup on multisite

I have a network where I have one main site and subdomains based on where the user is located in the country. I have s2Member set up great in my main site, now I'm setting up my subdomains. My main question is on setting up PayPal for each one. I just have one membership level and everything will be going to the same PayPal account. So when I'm setting it up, can I use the same information, or do I need new API credentials, and how do I handle the PDT & IPN?
